How can colors influence people according to vaastu? Colors can balance mind, body and energy that give passion to people. Colors on the walls of the buildings give extensive affect on temper, health and bliss of occupants. The emotions of people keep changing by the effect of colors. The right selection of color will generate positive forces in the buildings. Vaastu rules will help people to pick the right colors for each room of the buildings such as house, office and factory.
In Vedic periods, colors extracted from vegetables and flowers were used to paint the walls of the buildings. The shades of colors on the buildings were lasting and used to give solace to the eye. When a room has a North window and that allows the cold light to enter the room, then people should avoid blue color on the walls.
If a room gets direct sunlight, it is not sensible for the occupants to paint the walls with yellow or peach. The different shades of color represent different planets and that govern directions of the buildings. Buildings with red and yellow in color makes the environment warm compared to other colors. The red color on the wall makes a person carefree and blue on the wall makes the person work best. People often feel cold in the Blue room and warm in the Red room.
